DriveU is committed to providing premium, reliable transportation. To protect our drivers and ensure fairness for all customers, we’ve established the following booking and cancellation terms.
📅 Booking Terms

Reservations must be confirmed with full payment

Confirmation details are sent via email and text.

Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours before pickup.

Cancellation Policy

🛑 DriveU-Initiated Cancellations
If DriveU must cancel due to driver unavailability, safety concerns, or unforeseen events:

Customers receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

Affected customers receive priority rebooking.
⚖️ Exceptional Circumstances
We understand life happens. Refunds or fee waivers may be considered for:

Verified medical emergencies

Documented travel disruptions

Other exceptional events (case-by-case review)
💵 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
