DriveU Booking & Cancellation Policy

DriveU is committed to providing premium, reliable transportation. To protect our drivers and ensure fairness for all customers, we’ve established the following booking and cancellation terms.

📅 Booking Terms

  • Reservations must be confirmed with full payment

  • Confirmation details are sent via email and text.

  • Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours before pickup.

🛑 DriveU-Initiated Cancellations

If DriveU must cancel due to driver unavailability, safety concerns, or unforeseen events:
 

  • Customers receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

  • Affected customers receive priority rebooking.

⚖️ Exceptional Circumstances

We understand life happens. Refunds or fee waivers may be considered for:
 

  • Verified medical emergencies

  • Documented travel disruptions

  • Other exceptional events (case-by-case review)

💵 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
