2. Services Provided
DriveU offers premium transportation services, including ride-hailing, luxury vehicle transport for events, and business rides. We aim to provide a high level of customer service, comfort, and safety.

3. User Responsibilities
As a DriveU user, you agree to:

Provide Accurate Information: When booking a ride or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain Payment Information: You agree to provide valid payment methods and keep them up-to-date.
Comply with Laws: You must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when using our services.
Respect Drivers and Vehicles: You agree to treat drivers respectfully and maintain the condition of the vehicle. Any damage caused by a rider will be the responsibility of the rider, and additional charges may apply.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Ride Requests: You may book a ride using our website, mobile app, or customer service hotline. Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
Cancellations: You may cancel a ride within a specified time frame before the ride without penalty. Cancellations made after the cut-off time may result in a cancellation fee. Please review our cancellation policy before booking.

5. Payment and Fees
Pricing: Ride pricing is based on factors such as vehicle type, ride distance, duration, and any additional services requested (e.g., wait time or special accommodations).
Payment Authorization: By booking a ride, you authorize DriveU to charge your credit or debit card for the ride and any applicable fees (such as tolls or damage charges).
Late Fees and Charges: If there are any unpaid fees, we reserve the right to charge interest and take further action to collect payment, including suspending your account.

6. Liability
Limitation of Liability: DriveU will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with the services provided by DriveU is limited to the amount paid for the specific ride or service in question.
No Guarantee of Service: While we strive to provide timely and high-quality transportation, we do not guarantee that a vehicle will always be available or that rides will be free from delays.

7. Driver-Partner Responsibilities
DriveU works with professional driver-partners who are expected to adhere to strict standards of service, safety, and professionalism. Any misconduct or failure to meet these standards should be reported to our customer service team immediately.

 

8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DriveU services at any time for violating these terms, including, but not limited to, fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform.

All content and materials available on the DriveU website and app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of DriveU or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written consent.

DriveU may include links to or integrate third-party services (such as payment gateways or mapping services). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
