This was an opportunity to address these problems and create DriveU, a transportation service that provides luxury vehicles, professional drivers, and an unwavering commitment to top-tier customer care. DriveU resolves common rideshare issues, including custom pickup times, vehicles not meeting passenger expectations, driver attitudes, inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, and unreliable customer service.
