Your flight's landing time is not your pickup time.
When booking a DriveU airport pickup, please select the time you realistically expect to be ready to meet your driver, not the time your flight is scheduled to land.
After your aircraft lands, you still need time to deplane and retrieve checked baggage before meeting your DriveU driver
DriveU recommends WHEN PLANNING FOR YOUR ARRIVAL TO GRR:

If your flight is early or delayed, DriveU will use the updated flight arrival information to help coordinate your pickup. Your original buffer between landing and pickup should remain part of the schedule.

Customer pickup: 3:15 PM
Buffer: 35 minutes
If the flight actually arrives at 3:10 PM, the target pickup becomes approximately 3:45 PM, preserving the customer's 35-minute buffer.
