• Your flight's landing time is not your pickup time. Select the time you expect to be ready after deplaning and collecting luggage. For most domestic arrivals, allow approximately 30–45 minutes after landing.

Passengers & Luggage
 

• Provide an accurate passenger count and let us know about checked bags, oversized luggage, golf clubs, mobility equipment or other special items.
   

Be Ready at Your Scheduled Time
 

• DriveU is pre-booked transportation. Your vehicle and driver are scheduled around your reservation. Please be ready at your confirmed pickup time. Extended customer-caused waiting may result in additional charges.
