Do you monitor flights?
 

Yes. For airport pickups, DriveU monitors your incoming flight and adjusts pickup times for most airline delays so your driver is there when you arrive.

What if my flight is delayed?
 

No problem. We monitor your flight and adjust your pickup time when possible.

What if my flight is canceled?
 

If your airline cancels your flight before your driver has been dispatched, your reservation will remain subject to DriveU's Reservation, Cancellation & Travel Credit Policy.
 

Because DriveU reserves a driver and vehicle specifically for your trip, airline cancellations do not automatically qualify for a refund or travel credit.
 

If your driver has already been dispatched or is en route, the reservation is considered fully earned and is non-refundable.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. Reservations may be canceled in accordance with the terms outlined in the DriveU Reservation, Cancellation & Travel Credit Policy.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel?

Refund eligibility depends on when your reservation is canceled.

Reservations canceled after the applicable cancellation window, after driver dispatch, or due to changes in your travel plans, including airline cancellations, are generally not eligible for a refund or travel credit.
